2.1. Podcast Production and Consulting: Our Services include podcast production, consulting, coaching, ghostwriting, video production, video editing, social media production, social media management, ghostwriting and other related brand-building services.
2.2. Service Agreement: Specific terms for each Service will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and Coming Alive Podcast Production.
2.3 Due to the Company’s willingness to amend deliverables to complete satisfaction and assist in the rescheduling of project elements, no refunds will be provided due to the nature of the services provided.
2.4 Your completed payment will legally begin your contract with Coming Alive Podcast Production with the formal receipt and contract to follow within 72 hours of a received payment.
2.4. Payment: Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing, and due dates, will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software on the Website are the property of Coming Alive Podcast Production or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
3.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent.

4.1. If you submit content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Services.

4.3 Anything found on this entire website and its pages and contents need written permission from Vincent A. Lanci to be shared outside of the website and its pages and contents.
